• ●Uploading copyrighted assets you do not own
• ●Querying or generating content at abnormal volume
• ●Uploading malware or attempting unauthorized access
• ●Operating multiple accounts to bypass usage limits

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

"User Content" means any images, .pdfs, ASINs, text, brand assets, or data you upload.

You retain ownership of your User Content.

By uploading it, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• ●Host, process, analyze, and display it
• ●Use anonymized form to improve the Service
• ●Generate outputs based on it

You represent that you have the rights to all uploaded content.

You own the output generated for you to the extent allowed by law.

Outputs may include:

• ●AI-generated images
• ●Creative briefs
• ●Scripts
• ●Templates
• ●Concepts

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring compliance before using outputs commercially.

You acknowledge that:

• ●AI may generate inaccurate or flawed content
• ●Outputs may require manual correction
• ●Outputs may resemble materials generated for others

The Company does not guarantee uniqueness. Free plan content can be publicly used as a portfolio.

We are not affiliated with Amazon.

We do not guarantee:

• ●CTR or CVR improvement
• ●Sales increase
• ●Ranking improvement
• ●Compliance with Amazon image or content policies
• ●Accuracy of search simulation

You use all outputs and insights at your own risk.

The Service may integrate with:

• ●OpenAI
• ●Logomark
• ●Amazon SP-API
• ●Helium 10
• ●Keepa
• ●Google
• ●ProductPinion
• ●Stripe

We are not responsible for:

• ●Their accuracy
• ●Their outages
• ●Their policy changes
• ●Losses caused by their data or services

Their terms apply in addition to ours.

• ●Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
• ●Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• ●Trial periods may be modified or cancelled at our discretion.
• ●Taxes may apply.

We may change pricing with notice.

Beta tools:

• ●May be unstable
• ●May change or be discontinued
• ●May lose data
• ●Are provided "as-is"

Use at your own risk.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or improvements, you agree that:

We may limit or throttle usage if we detect:

• ●Browsing activity

We may retain anonymized data indefinitely for model improvement.

You may request deletion subject to technical limits.

Outputs are not marketing, legal, financial, or business advice.

You are solely responsible for decisions based on outputs.

We may suspend or terminate accounts:

• ●To protect platform integrity
• ●For non-payment
• ●For legal reasons

You may stop using the Service at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the last 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and defend the Company from claims arising out of:

• ●Your use of generated content
• ●Your violation of Amazon policies
• ●Your misuse of the Service
• ●Intellectual property disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflicts of law.

All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, not court, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

Class actions are waived.

We may update these Terms at any time.

Material changes will be notified via email or platform notice.

Continued use means acceptance.
